4 Week ReBoot Challenge

- 4 Week Fitness Program (2 weeks with 5 Personal Training sessions/ 2 weeks of Group Fitness classes)
- Body Composition Analysis to measure muscle mass/ balance, Body Fat % and more (non-invasive scan done in seconds)

- 28 Day Nutrition Program
- Daily check-ins on your favorite device, your Coach will keep you accountable and on track
- Unlimited access to a Nutrition Coach through our private Facebook group or email
- 28 days of meal plans with recipes!

Once you’ve completed the Challenge and are looking and feeling great, it’s time to celebrate! Complete the Challenge and we will be sending you and up to 3 friends on a FREE weekend getaway! Q: Do I need to be fit to do this?
A: NO! All of our workouts are scaled to the fitness level of each individual
Q: Do I need to WIN the Challenge to get the prize?
A: NO! Unlike other Challenges where only the ‘winner’ gets a reward, we are giving EVERYONE who completes the Challenge a weekend getaway!
Q: Can I just cheat on the Nutrition program and take the free weekend?
A: Sure! But why would you? Think of how amazing you will look and feel on your getaway after a month of good nutrition and fitness!
Q: Do I need to complete the 5 Personal Training sessions before going to the Group Classes?
A: YES! The 5 PT sessions are there to make sure that we can get to know you and help you to enter our Group Classes with proper scaling.
Q: I’m on holidays during part of that time, can I still participate?
A: YES! The nutrition program is delivered online to your phone or tablet, so there is no reason that you can’t use it even while travelling. It also includes options for workouts that require no equipment in case you are not able to come to the gym. However, the 30 days cannot be extended.
