Step 2 – Join a Free Trial Class
Join one of your classes for free and get the full CrossFit experience in our box. Get to know the coaches, the equipment, the workouts and our lovely members. We are sure you going to like it!

Step 3 – Start Training and see Results
We get it, starting any new fitness program can be difficult and challenging, and CrossFit is no exception. Therefore we implemented the Level Method. The Level Method systematically evaluates your current fitness, identifies your strengths and weaknesses, and provides a clear step-by-step guide to improve.
Starting without any fitness experience is no problem at all. We adjust all the movements to your fitness level.
