What’s your athletic background?
As a kid / teenager I was dancing in a carnevalistic group.
What was your first experience with CrossFit?
A friend told me about her experience at Crossfit Basel. Then a signed up for a Saturday morning trial class in the small box downstairs in Ebnat. My muscles were aching for the whole week.
When did you start CrossFit?
Why did you choose CrossFit Schaffhausen?
I saw lots of potential to improve 😉 and wanted to get fit for an alpine crossing.
What keeps you coming back?
Professional coaching in all situations of life, and a great community that supports you. No matter if you recover from a surgery, are pregnant or just struggle with a specific movement (pull-ups in my case).
How do you like to spend your free time?
If there ever is free time, I love listening to audio books, cooking and playing around with little Victoria.
What are one or two improvements you have seen in your life since starting CrossFit?
My overall fitness improved and I became a more active person.
What are your goals for 2019?
Work less, have more time for my family and for a few additional workouts @ Crossfit Schaffhausen.
What would you say to someone thinking about starting CrossFit?
Just do it!
What’s your favorite & least favorite CrossFit movement?
I hate everything that includes squating, that’s why my favorites are kettleball swings or cleans 🙂
What’s your favorite cheat meal?
