Got Pull Ups?

Summer is here, and that means “Sun’s out, guns out”!  One sure way to get those arms in top form is to work on your pull ups…’s also a great way to get more pull ups!

Our friends at Box Programming have sent us an 8 week pull up specialization program.  This program is intended to be done in addition to your regular training, twice per week.  The focus is exclusively on accessory movements instead of just pull ups, so it is PERFECT even for those who haven’t quite had their chin over the bar yet.
