Our number one rule is to help first.  In order to help you, we need to get to know you.

STEP #1: “No Sweat” Consultation

The “No Sweat” Consultation is a free, private meeting with a Coach.  This is an opportunity for you to share your background, past injuries, concerns, and (most importantly) your unique goals. For some, the conversation is very quick, for others it’s a bit more in depth. This is not a sales session (we don’t do long term contracts).

  • Share your background and unique goals.
  • Develop a custom plan of action unique to your fitness and nutrition goals.
  • Tour CrossFit Schaffhausen and get to know our facility.
  • Get your questions answered.

STEP #2: Functional Movement Screen and Body Composition Analysisfms2

Each person who comes through our doors is different, with different goals, fears, abilities and limitations.  In order to ensure that your training is as safe and effective as possible, we need to find out a bit more about you.  Your second consultation will be 20 minutes:

  • We will perform a simple Functional Movement Screen to determine which exercises you are able to perform, and where we can help you move better.  You will receive a comprehensive report, along with any corrective exercises that we feel are needed.
  • We will also complete a Body Composition Analysis to see what’s happening on the inside.  Don’t worry, it only takes a moment!
  • You will complete an intake questionnaire, answering questions about your current lifestyle habits, activity levels, nutrition etc.  We will use your responses to generate a personalized nutrition guide, just for you!  This will be delivered by email within 1-2 days.

The results of the FMS, Body Composition Analysis and the Nutrition Guide are all yours to keep absolutely free!

What’s Next?

We ask everyone to go through our No Sweat Consultation and FMS for one simple reason.  We need to know as much as possible about you, about who you are, how you move, how you eat, and what you expect to get from our Coaching.  Once we have this information, we are in a much better position to recommend the right service for you.  You may be looking for a fat loss program, or perhaps you need an edge in your sport and want to increase your performance.  Or, like many, you may just want to look and feel your best.  Weather you like working out with an awesome group of people, or prefer doing your own thing, we’re sure we have a program that will fit you perfectly!
