If you’re new to CrossFit, training with us will start with a short but fruitful Ramp Up where you will get introduced to the foundational movements of CrossFit and their correct techniques and set ups, while assessing your Level Method starting point before starting off with the usual Group Class structure.


The Ramp Up consists of 4 Weeks total, divided as follows:

1st Two Weeks:

2x per Week – 1Hr Introduction Sessions [one-on-one/small group coaching]

2nd Two Weeks:

2x per Week – 1Hr Group Class
+ Unlimited Open Gym Hours
