CrossFit Group Classes
A 1-hour Class led by our experienced coaches who are there to guide you through the whole training. This is classic Functional Movement training, combining Weightlifting, Conditionaing and Gymnastics elements. These classes are made to suit all ages and levels, and allow you to track your progress and see results.

Open Gym
Want to hit a workout you missed or work on a new skill? This is a chance to train at your own pace within the facility. And it’s included in all Memberships.

Personal Training
Focused attention and customized workouts based on your specific goals. Perfect for those looking for extra guidance!

Drop-In
We’re always happy to have visitors dropping in. So if you’re not from around here and just want to do a one off while visiting we’re happy to have you for a class or open gym use.

Level Method Assessment
We are Switzerland’s FIRST Level Method Certified Gym! The Level Method systematically evaluates your current fitness, identifies your strengths and weaknesses, and provides a clear step-by-step guide to improve. Anyone can do our Level Method Assessment Program. To provide the best quality, we only accept 4 p/p month.
