Why did you choose CrossFit Schaffhausen?
My working colleague recommended Crossfit Schaffhausen to me. Class schedule and location are perfect for me.

I have never felt so fit and can often keep up with the young guys, if my knee let me.

What are your goals for 2018?
My first strict handstand pushup and a lot of unbroken double unders.

What would you say to someone thinking about starting CrossFit?
That reminds me of what I asked James first: Can I (at least 48 years old) do Crossfit at all?

Yes, I can! Everyone can do Crossfit because all exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. However, the motivation of the Crossfit family and the coach is the most helpful.

Least: wallballs and double unders
