We focus each class on a specific purpose, and we know that helping you achieve that purpose will get you closer to your goals.
During each class you'll be in a small group setting where you'll be able to receive coaching that helps address your individual needs.

Crossfit ist für mich das perfekte Training. eine Lektion umfasst Übungen welche Ausdauer, Kraft, Koordination, Beweglichkeit, Gleichgewicht in einem geführten Rahmen trainieren.

I like CrossFit because it is much more challenging and motivating to exercise in a group with a guide than on its own on boring machines. The workout in each class is in a smart way a competition which encourages me a lot.
