What’s Your Athletic Background?
I did horseback riding since I was little. Later I started to work out at a normal gym, got bored after a few months and then I discovered CrossFit.
What was your first experience with CrossFit?
I got introduction classes as a birthday present, and then my mom and I did those classes together and we loved it.
When did you start CrossFit?
Why did you choose CrossFit Schaffhausen?
It was the closest and best CrossFit gym for me.
What keeps you coming back?
Even though I sometimes hate CrossFit while I’m doing the workouts, as soon as I step out of the box after the WOD, I already get excited to come again the next day. I just can’t get enough of it, I love the feeling after working out and I love to see progress.
How do you like to spend you free time?
I like to spend time with my friends, and I like to go swimming in the Rhine or in the sea.
What are your goals for 2018?
Lift heavier 🙂 and get my first strict ring muscle up
What would you say to someone who is thinking of starting CrossFit?
Just try it, everyone can do it because all the workouts are very scalable. The support of the community will motivate you for sure.
What are your favorite and least favorite movements?
Favorite: squats and cleans, least favorite: box jumps and wall walks
