- Nutrition Kickoff Seminar (Live or by video)
- Before/ After Body Fat Testing
- 4 Weeks of Meal Plans and Recipes
- Printed Challenge Guide with Goal Setting
- Nutrition App with Weekly Video Content
- Workout App with Weekly workouts (no equipment, do anywhere)
- Open to The Public
- Current CrossFit Schaffhausen Athletes Can Participate Too!
This Includes the Nutrition Reboot PLUS:
- 4 Weeks of Re-Vive BootCamp Classes
- 3 Classes Per Week (only chf12.50/ session!!)
- No CrossFit Experience Necessary
- Coaching by a Level 1 or Level 2 CrossFit Trainer
- Have Fun, Burn Fat & See Results
- Keep going with BootCamp Classes After the Challenge is Complete!
