Set your goals, reach your goals, repeat!

I just wanted to share an email that I received from CFS member Zoltan Mehes.  Zoltan took up CrossFit as a way to get in shape for his new mountaineering hobby.  Zoltan is a great example of what consistency along with setting reasonable and realistic goals can do!

“Hey,
I just want to say thank you and extend my gratitude for your support and pushing me always forward. A few months ago I made a plan to climb multiple summits over 4000m in the Alps, all in one week. Last week I reached my goal and I climbed 6 peaks in less than one week! I know it’s not a unique achievement, because in Switzerland almost everybody does climbs, but I grew up in Hungary where the highest mountain is 1014 meter and I started climbing only 2 years ago. I did achieve my goal, and this is the most important thing for me. And actually, this is just the beginning 🙂
Thank you again and I look forward to continue and reach even more goals!
